Pastoral Office Hours Notice
Rev. William E. Smith, Pastor, official office hours are:
Tuesday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
During these hours, the Pastor is available for scheduled meetings, counseling, and church-related matters. For routine inquiries, scheduling, or general church business during contact hours, please call the church secretary, Kathy Nelson, first.
Contact with the Pastor outside of these hours should be reserved for emergency situations only. An emergency is defined as an urgent matter involving hospitalization, death, or an immediate crisis requiring pastoral presence. Non-urgent matters, routine questions, scheduling requests, or general concerns should be addressed during regular office hours through the church office. All non-emergency inquiries will be addressed within 48–72 hours of notice.
We kindly ask that this time boundary be respected to ensure effective ministry, rest, and balance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
